a. All payments made by you online through valid debit/credit card/online banking over a secure payment network shall be collected via Snack Food Inc appointed payment gateway. You may also pay cash to the delivery person for delivery orders. In a credit/ debit card transaction, you shall use your own credit/ debit card only. Snack Food Inc shall not be liable or responsible for any credit card fraud(s). The liability, if any, on the fraudulent use of your credit card will be yours alone and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be on you. You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Snack Food Inc, its successors and assigns, of, from or against any claims, demands, actions, disputes, liabilities, obligations, costs, charges, expenses of any nature suffered or sustained by Snack Food Inc by reasons of the fraudulent uses of any credit/debit card by you for any such transaction.
b. Snack Food Inc shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed with our acquiring bank from time to time.
c. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary mentioned above, the payment made shall be governed by and subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Any online order for delivery placed by you through Snack Food Inc may be not be cancelled either through the internet or through phone. Advance orders will also be subject to this cancellation policy.
a. Orders once placed through Snack Food Inc may not be cancelled or refunded. Under an exceptional circumstance of a cancellation of order as permitted above, the Website will refund the changed amount for the same after deducting valid transaction charges of 2.5% of the total amount if paid online. The charges will be refunded back to your credit card / debit card / online bank account that were used for the particular transaction.
b. Estimated Delivery Time displayed on the website is the approximate time it will take to deliver the Food items to the Customer. There shall not be any Cancellations and refunds for orders that are delivered outside of the estimated delivery time.
c. In the event the Customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the food items, the Customer shall not be entitled to seek cancellation or refund of the billed amounts. However, in the event of any shortfall in delivery or the food items having spilled/ or being damaged, the Customer shall inform Snack Food Inc of the same within 24 hours via email on [email protected] Snack Food Inc shall thereafter initiate investigations in the matter of complaint received and shall make reasonable efforts to complete such investigation within a period of thirty days from the date of such commencement. The decision of Snack Food Inc on completion of such investigation shall be final, binding and conclusive on the Customer and the customer shall not dispute the same.
d. In the event the customer is dissatisfied with the packaging, the customer shall not be entitled to seek cancellation or refund of the payment made.
